Ladies that Lift is a Women’s Only Strength Training Class.

Women’s Only

All women, no matter your size, shape or age, even if you’ve never step foot in a gym before, are welcome at Ladies That Lift classes.

Regular Classes

Classes are 60 minutes with a focus on strengthening all the main muscle groups by working through fundamental movement patterns.
We also do some conditioning to get your heart rate up and help keep you in tip top shape!

I am passionate about creating a safe space for women of all ages to lift weights. 
Several studies have found a link between strength training and living longer, and it is now highly recommended especially for perimenopausal and post-menopausal women.
Ladies That Lift is for you if you’re looking to build your strength, move well, and have fun, in a team of other supportive women.
