My aim as a personal trainer is to encourage people of all ages and abilities to get fit and active, improve their well-being and to help them achieve their personal goals in an enjoyable, safe and friendly environment!

- Single PT, three sessions/week: £29/hour
- Joint PT, one session/week: £40/hour (2 people)

NASM – Level 2 Gym Instructor
FAA – Level 3 Emergency First Aid
